CANCELLATION POLICY:

Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you must change, cancel, or reschedule your appointment. 

 -LATE ARRIVALS: Please note that if you are more than 10 minutes late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate the service or services booked and may have to reschedule you.

RETURN POLICY:

-There are no refunds on salon services.

Returns: We offer full refund/exchange within 7 days of purchase date on unopened or opened Aveda and Devacurl products with a receipt. No cash refunds. All apothecary, perfume, jewelry, boutique, and makeup are final sale. Sale items and custom orders are final sale.

Store credit: We offer store credit/exchange within 30 days of purchase date on unopened or opened Aveda and Devacurl products with a receipt.
